The Show my profile toggle controls whether your profile is publicly visible on Ivy Societe. Turning it off immediately hides your profile from clients - your account and all your settings are preserved and can be restored at any time.
Hide your profile
Step 1. Open the left navigation and go to Profile > General.
Step 2. In the Basic information card, click Edit information.
Step 3. The Edit basic information modal opens. The Show my profile toggle at the top is on (teal) when your profile is visible.
Step 4. Click the Show my profile toggle to turn it off. The toggle turns gray to confirm your profile is now hidden.
Step 5. Click Save and close.
Your profile is now hidden from clients.
Show your profile again
Follow the same steps: go to Profile > General, click Edit information in the Basic information card, click the Show my profile toggle to turn it back on (teal), then click Save and close.
Dashboard shortcut
The Show my profile widget on your Dashboard lets you toggle your profile visibility without going to Profile > General. Click the toggle on the Dashboard to switch between visible and hidden.
