What does the Verified by Ivy+ badge mean?

What does the Verified by Ivy+ badge mean?

Written by Riley - Support Lead

Verified by Ivy+ is how clients prove the personal details in their screening. A client enters their details and uploads a government-issued ID, and our admins match the details against the ID. Every detail that matches receives a "Verified by Ivy+" badge next to it.

When you receive a screening, a badge next to a field means it has been checked against the client's ID to the best of Ivy+'s ability. Fields without the badge are not verified and could be inaccurate or fake.

Social media details cannot be verified by Ivy+ and are considered extra social validators only.

Screenings are a useful tool, but you should still do your own due diligence and use your own judgment when deciding whether to accept a booking.
