Quick answer: Go to Profile > Photos, click the Verified Plus album card, then click Upload media. Your file must show a sign with "Ivy Société", today's date, and your working name. Images must be JPG/JPEG (4MB max); videos must be 20MB max and 15 seconds or less. The Ivy Societe team reviews every submission before it goes live.
The Verified Plus album is an optional album on your profile. When at least one item is approved, a Verified Plus badge appears on your profile. The album is visible to Ivy+ client members only.
What your photo or video must contain
Your media must show a hand-held sign that clearly displays all three of the following:
Step 1. "Ivy Société"
Step 2. Today's date
Step 3. Your working name (as shown on your profile)
You may blur or censor any identifying features - such as tattoos or distinguishing marks - for privacy. Showing your face is optional.
File requirements
Images: JPG or JPEG only, 4MB maximum per file.
Videos: 20MB maximum per file, 15 seconds maximum length.
You can upload up to 20 items in total to the Verified Plus album.
Drag items within the album to reorder them.
How to upload
Step 1. In the left-hand menu, open Profile, then select Photos.
Step 2. Click the Verified Plus album card.
Step 3. In the Edit album media dialog, click the Upload media button, or drag a file onto the dashed upload area.
Step 4. Your file uploads and immediately shows a Pending approval status (amber dot).
Review and approval
After uploading, the Ivy Societe team reviews your media. Each item shows one of three statuses:
Approved (green dot) - the item is live and your Verified Plus badge is active on your profile.
Pending approval (amber dot) - under review; not yet visible to clients.
Denied (red dot) - not approved. Upload a replacement that meets all requirements listed above.
Privacy
While the Verified Plus album is only shown to Ivy+ members, it is not private. Ivy Societe cannot guarantee that media will not be indexed, cached, downloaded, shared, copied, reuploaded, or otherwise redistributed. Your upload may be indexed by Google and other search engines.
