How to upload and reorder photos

Written by Riley - Support Lead

Manage your profile photos and videos from the Photos section of your profile.

Navigate to Photos

In the left sidebar, click Profile, then Photos.

Photos overview - album grid

The Photos page lists all your albums. Three albums are required:

  • Profile - your main album; the first photo here is your profile image on search listings

  • Selfies - close-up photos of your face

  • Verified Plus - photos that meet Verified Plus requirements

You must have a minimum of 3 approved photos in total for your profile to be active.

Open an album

Click any album card to open it.

The Edit album media panel opens, showing:

  • the upload area at the top

  • your existing photos and videos, each with a status dot in the corner

  • the current photo count for that album (for example, "8/20")

Upload a photo or video

Inside the album panel, add files in one of two ways:

Click to browse

Step 1. Click Upload media in the upload area.

Step 2. Select the file from your device.

Drag and drop

Drag a file from your computer and drop it onto the dashed upload area.

Upload area and empty album state

File requirements:

  • Images: JPG or JPEG, 4 MB maximum

  • Videos: MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, and other common formats; 20 MB maximum, 15 seconds maximum

After you upload a file, it goes through a moderation review before it becomes visible to clients. The dot in the corner of each item shows its status:

  • Green dot - Approved

  • Amber dot - Pending approval

  • Red dot - Denied

Reorder photos

Inside the album panel, drag photos to rearrange their order. Grab any item in the grid and move it to a new position. Changes save automatically.

The first photo in your Profile album is shown as your profile image on search listings.
