Manage your followers

The Followers page shows everyone who follows your profile. Your followers receive your announcements and promotions via email, and you can direct message them from this page.

Step 1. In the left sidebar under Client engagement, click Followers.

Step 1. Find the follower you want to message in the list.

Step 2. Click the three-dot menu button on the right side of their row.

Step 3. Select Send message.

This opens a conversation in Direct messages.

Step 1. Find the follower in the list.

Step 2. Click the three-dot menu button on the right side of their row.

Step 3. Select Remove follower.

To notify all your followers, use the Announcements or Promotions pages in the Marketing tools section of the sidebar. Followers receive your posts by email. They can disable email notifications from their own settings, but they will still see your posts when they log in to Ivy+.
