X auto promo lets you schedule automatic posts on X (formerly Twitter) to promote your profile. Every scheduled post automatically includes a link to your profile. You can save multiple message templates and assign them to recurring weekly schedules.
Step 1. In the left sidebar, under Marketing tools, click X auto promo.
Step 2. If your X account is not yet connected, click Connect to X and follow the prompts to authorise access. Once connected, the page will show "Your X account is connected".
To remove the connection later, click Disconnect from X.
Add message templates
Step 3. Click Add message in the Message templates section.
Step 4. In the Add message template dialog, type your post text in the X post message field, then click Save and close.
Repeat steps 3-4 to add as many message templates as you need. To delete a template, click Actions on the template row, then click Delete.
Schedule posts
Step 5. Click Add schedule in the Scheduled posts section.
Step 6. In the Add scheduled post dialog, choose:
Message - select a saved message template (or "Random" to rotate through all templates)
Image - optionally attach an image (or "None" / "Random")
Day (every) - the day of the week the post should go out
Time (AEST) - the time in AEST
Click Save and close.
Your post will go out automatically at the chosen day and time each week. To delete a schedule, click Actions on the schedule row, then click Delete.
Auto-post when available today
To automatically post to X whenever you activate "available today", enable the Auto-post when available today toggle. Your X account must be connected for this to work. Posts will only go out once every 8 hours even if you activate available today multiple times within that window.
Pause all schedules
To temporarily stop all scheduled posts without deleting them, use the Pause schedules toggle in the Scheduled posts section header.
