Use this feature to signal your immediate availability directly from your Ivy Societe dashboard. You can activate availability instantly ("available now") or set a specific time window for the current day.
Step 1. From the left sidebar, go to Dashboard.
Step 2. Locate the Available today widget. Click Activate available today.
Step 3. The Available today dialog opens. You have two options:
Activate available now - click this button to activate immediately with no time window.
Or set specific time - use the From and To dropdowns to choose a start and end time for today, then click Activate available today.
Step 4. To set a time window: select a Start time from the From dropdown and an End time from the To dropdown (hourly intervals, 12:00 am - 11:00 pm), then click Activate available today.
Step 5. A badge will appear on your profile showing your availability status. Clients searching for immediate availability will see your profile in results.
To deactivate: return to the Available today widget on the Dashboard and click Activate available today again - the dialog will show your current status and allow you to turn it off.
Auto-Tweet Your Availability
Promote your availability with the ‘Auto Tweet Available Now/Today’ option. When this checkbox is enabled:
A tweet will be automatically posted to your connected X account when you activate ‘Available Now’ or set an ‘Available Today’ time slot.
The tweet will include a message about your availability and a link to your profile.
Important: Ensure your X account is connected to your Ivy Societe profile for this feature to work. You can link your account on your X Auto Promo page.
How clients will see your availability
When you activate Available now/today, your profile will appear in searches when clients filter for immediate availability.
