Keep your schedule up to date with your calendar

Our Calendar Feature makes it easy for advertisers to showcase their availability and events in a clear, calendar format directly on their profile. This helps clients plan ahead by viewing future availability, making the booking process smoother.

Tip: Your daily availabilities, available today, and tours are automatically added to your calendar in real-time so you don't have to create seperate events for them. However, you may wish to do so to add additional information.

Accessing the calendar and adding events

The Calendar section has replaced availabilities as a centralised area to manage your schedule. To add a new event to your calendar:

  1. Click "Add new calendar event"

  2. Enter a title for your event

  3. (Optional) Enter any details

  4. Select a start and end date

  5. Click "Add event"

  6. To delete an event, click the trash icon

Your event should now should up on the respective dates on the calendar in your profile.

Good to know: Your daily availabilities and tours have both been combined into your Calendar section on your profile.
