Tip: All client accounts start on the Free plan and can upgrade to Gold
Your subscription controls access to premium features like more saved searches, hidden profiles, and tour notifications. All subscription actions — upgrading, managing, canceling, or renewing — are handled securely through Chargebee. We do not store any card or personal information.
Upgrading your subscription
Go to your subscription settings — Click on Settings > Subscriptions in the sidebar.
Review your current plan — If you’re on the Free plan, you’ll see your current usage limits and a section introducing the Gold plan.
Click “Upgrade now” — Select “Upgrade now” under the Gold plan. This opens a secure Chargebee checkout window.
Complete your payment — Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and complete your purchase. You’ll be upgraded immediately.
Managing your Gold subscription
Go to your subscription settings — Navigate to Settings > Subscriptions.
Click “Manage subscription” — This opens the Chargebee portal, where you can update your payment method, cancel or renew your subscription, and download invoices.
Make your changes — Use the Chargebee interface to adjust your subscription as needed. All updates are processed securely.
Viewing your invoices
Scroll to the bottom of the subscriptions page — You’ll see a list of past invoices, including the invoice number, date, amount, and status.
Tips & troubleshooting
Tip: You can view your usage limits (e.g., saved searches, references) directly from the Subscriptions page.
Canceling? You’ll retain access to Gold features until the end of your billing period.
