The Manage Subscription self-serve portal is a user-friendly platform that allows you to manage various aspects of your subscription. This guide will walk you through some of the key actions you can perform in the portal.

Changing Plans

  1. Log into the portal with the "Upgrade or manage plan" button.

  2. Select the subscription you would like to change.

  3. Select "Edit Subscription."

  4. Select "Change" on the subscription plan.

  5. Select the new plan you wish to switch to.

  6. Review the changes and confirm.

Good to know: When changing plans, the difference in price is refunded or charged pro rata calculated based the number of days left on the current term.

For example: If you subscribe to Plan A at $100/month and upgrade 15 days later to Plan B at $200/month, you will only be invoiced $100 for the upgrade for the rest of the monthly term. Vice versa, you will be credited $100 if downgrading from Plan B to Plan A 15 days into the term.

Credits to your account will be automatically applied to future renewals.

Canceling Subscriptions

  1. Log into the portal with the "Upgrade or manage plan" button.

  2. Select the subscription you would like to cancel.

  3. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Good to know: Cancelling a subscription will end the subscription at the end of the term period.

Changing Payment Methods

  1. Log into the portal with the "Upgrade or manage plan" button.

  2. Select "Payment Methods."

  3. Select the payment method you would like to update or add a new payment method.

  4. Set the new method as the primary payment method if desired.

Using Coupons

  1. During checkout or when modifying your subscription, look for a field to enter coupon codes.

  2. Enter your coupon code in the designated area.

  3. Apply the coupon to see the adjusted price.

Credits

Any credits attached to your account will be automatically used for any charges including new subscriptions, one time charges, or renewals. Credits will not be refunded unless for special circumstances.
