How do I report a profile?

Written by Riley - Support Lead

If you see a profile that looks fake, misleading, or unsafe, you can report it to the Ivy Societe team directly from the website. You do not need an account to submit a report.

There are two places you can open the report form: on the profile page itself, or from the three-dot menu on a profile card in any listing.

Report from a profile page

Step 1. Open the profile you want to report and scroll to the bottom of the booking panel on the right side of the page. Under See something wrong?, click Report this profile.

Report from a profile card

Step 1. On any listing page, click the three-dot menu in the top corner of the profile card, then click Report profile.

Both entry points open the same Report profile form.

Step 2. Enter your email address in the Your email field.

Step 3. Choose the option that best matches the issue in the Reason for reporting dropdown:

  • Suspected minor / underage

  • Human trafficking or coercion

  • Non-consensual / leaked intimate content

  • Scam, AI images, fake profile, or stolen photos/content

  • Prohibited or illegal services

  • OnlyFans promotion

  • Harassment or abusive behaviour

When you select a reason, a short description appears under the dropdown so you can confirm it matches your issue.

Step 4. In the What happened? field, describe the issue with as much detail as you can, and include any evidence that supports your report, such as links. You can write up to 1500 characters.

Step 5. Click Submit report. If a security check appears, complete it to finish submitting your report.

Note: We may contact you for more information if required.
