Quick answer: Open Profile > Tours, click Add tour, choose a city and date range, confirm Active is on, then click Save and close. To edit or delete, click the three-dot menu on any tour row.
Tours let you show clients the cities you will be visiting and the dates you will be there. Your profile will start showing in touring cities 4 weeks before the tour start date, so add your tours early.
Add a tour when you have travel confirmed, edit it if plans change, and delete it once the trip is done so your profile only shows where you will actually be.
Before you start
A single tour can cover a maximum of 31 days. For a longer trip, add back-to-back tours.
The Active toggle controls whether a tour appears on your public profile and in touring search. It is on by default when you add a tour.
Tip: When your tour is Active, clients in that city can subscribe to notifications and be alerted the moment you announce a tour there - see Subscribe to touring notifications for how it looks on the client side.
Add a tour
Step 1. In the left-hand menu, open Profile, then select Tours.
Step 2. Click Add tour in the top-right corner. A dialog opens.
Step 3. In the City field, start typing the city name and select it from the drop-down.
Step 4. Click the Tour Dates field and choose your start and end date. Tours can be a maximum of 31 days.
Step 5. Confirm the Active toggle is on if you want the tour to appear on your profile immediately. Leave it off while you are still finalising dates.
Step 6. Click Save and close.
Your tour now appears in your Tours list and, if Active, on your public profile.
Edit a tour
Step 1. In your Tours list, find the tour you want to change.
Step 2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on that tour's row. A small menu opens.

Step 4. Make your changes to the city, dates, or Active toggle.
Step 5. Click Save and close.

Step 2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on that tour's row.
