Adding custom rates

How to add custom rates to your rates sections

Written by Riley - Support Lead

Custom rate categories let you list rates outside of your standard Incall and Outcall sections - for example, rates for a specific touring city, a specialty service tier, or any pricing group you want to display separately on your profile.

Create a custom rate category

Step 1. In the left-hand menu, open Profile, then click Rates.

The Rates page, showing Incall Rates and Outcall Rates sections and the Add custom category button in the top right.

Step 2. Click Add custom category (top right of the page).

Step 3. In the dialog that opens, type a name for your category in the Category name field (for example, Los Angeles or Touring rates).

Step 4. Click Save and close.

Your new category appears on the Rates page below the Incall and Outcall sections.

Subscription limits

The number of custom rate categories you can create depends on your subscription plan. If you see an upgrade prompt when adding a category, go to Subscriptions & billing in the left-hand menu to view your options.
