To add, edit, and delete rates:
In your Profile, locate the Rates tab
Click Add new rate
You can select an existing rate, or create a custom rate.
Type in your details in the fields provided,
Scroll across and click Save to confirm the changes
To edit a rate click the edit icon on the rate row
To delete a rate click the delete icon on the rate row
To reorder your rates:
Drag and drop your rate to the desired location.
