Setup your IVSO page

How to setup your IVSO page

Written by Riley - Support Lead

Your IVSO page is created automatically when your account is set up - there is nothing to install. This article walks you through finding it, previewing it, and customising the theme and font.

Accessing your IVSO settings

Step 1. In the left sidebar, under Marketing tools, click IVSO.

This opens the IVSO settings page at /showcase.

Step 2. On the IVSO settings page, find the Your IVSO Page section.

Step 3. Click Preview to open your page in a new tab. The preview is available even if your profile is not yet active, not yet verified, or you are on a Basic subscription.

Once your profile is active, the Live row shows your public short URL (for example, https://ivso.me/jane-smith). Click View to open it.

Choosing a theme

Step 4. Scroll down to the Customize your theme section.

Connecting a custom domain (Elite only)

If you are on an Elite subscription, you can connect your own domain name below the theme section. See https://support.ivysociete.com/en/articles/9618698-connect-your-domain-to-your-ivso-page for full instructions.

If you are on Premium, the Unlock your branding section at the bottom of the page shows an Upgrade now button to switch to Elite.
