How to change your base city

Your base city determines where your profile appears by default. You can update it at any time from your profile settings.

Step 1. In the left-hand menu, open Profile, then select Cities.

Step 2. In the Base city card, click Update base city. The "Select a city" dialog opens, showing your current city.

Step 3. Click the City field to expand the city list and search field.

Step 4. Type the name of your new city. Matching results appear as you type.

Step 5. Click your city from the results. The City field updates to show your selection.

Step 6. Click Save and close.

Your base location updates immediately and a confirmation banner appears at the bottom of the page.

Note: It may take up to an hour for the change to reflect on your public profile.
